With China’s military capabilities on the rise, President-elect Donald Trump is determined to modernize U.S. defense systems to keep pace with Beijing’s aggressive expansion. China’s rapidly increasing missile stockpile and naval fleet, combined with its growing use of psychological warfare, are key concerns for U.S. national security.

Recent developments show that China is building a formidable missile force, including an estimated 1,000 nuclear warheads by 2030. This, along with the expansion of its naval forces, which are now the world’s largest, presents a serious challenge to American military dominance, especially in the Pacific.

In response to China’s growing threat, Trump plans to prioritize the modernization of U.S. missile defense systems. The development of advanced missile interceptors and new technologies aimed at countering China’s expanding missile capabilities will be essential. Additionally, Trump’s strategy will focus on maintaining a strong nuclear deterrent to ensure that the U.S. can effectively counter any Chinese aggression.
Of course, China is ready for war.
Since 2018, China has sensed the danger of WW3 and been preparing for it. I have a classmate who works in a military enterprise. Since 2018, he has rarely attended parties because he always needs to work overtime on weekends. You think NATO and… pic.twitter.com/elVSoExcBI

The U.S. Navy is also a key element of Trump’s defense strategy. With China’s increasing naval presence in strategic regions, particularly the Indo-Pacific, Trump plans to expand the Navy’s capabilities by increasing fleet size and upgrading ships to ensure that the U.S. can respond rapidly to any threats in the region.

China’s technological advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence and cognitive warfare, have also caught the attention of U.S. defense analysts. Trump’s strategy will integrate AI-based countermeasures and enhance U.S. capabilities to combat China’s use of technology for psychological warfare.
