Former President Barack Obama recently slammed protesters at a fundraiser in New York City meant to rake millions of dollars for President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign.
After being interrupted several times while speaking at the Radio City Music Hall with Biden and former President Bill Clinton, Obama told protesters, “You can’t just talk, you have to listen.”

Obama, Clinton and Biden all sat down for an interview hosted by late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert. The panel was interrupted six times, according to Breitbart News.
During the interview, one of the protesters blew a whistle and held a “war pig” sign. This was followed by two other waves of protests, according to the New York Post. Another person in the crowd shouted, “Shame on you Joe Biden,” while others yelled, “Blood on your hands.”
As the protesters were escorted out of the venue, some chanted, “Genocide Joe has got to go.”
The fundraiser was expected to raise $25 million for the president, who referred to the event as a “grassroots fundraiser.”
The host of the event, actress Mindy Kaling, joked, “It is such an honor to be in this room with so many rich people.”
“People are paying up to $500,000 to be here tonight,” Kaling said. “For that kind of money at an RNC fundraiser, you get to be Secretary of State.”
As Biden was focused on garnering funds for his reelection campaign, former President Donald Trump was also in New York City to attend a wake held for police officer Jonathan Diller, who was killed at a traffic stop. The suspect had been arrested 21 times in the past.
Breitbart News’ Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle pointed out the stark contrast between Biden and Trump.
“While Biden pals around with the rich and famous, Trump will be honoring the fallen police officer. Trump’s team is making the contrast crystal clear with a blistering new statement from Trump campaign Communications Director Steven Cheung, provided exclusively to Breitbart News ahead of its public release,” Boyle wrote.
Cheung, speaking to Breitbart News, said, “President Trump will be honoring the life and legacy of Officer Diller and paying respects to his family, friends, and the NYPD for their terrible loss.”
“Meanwhile, the Three Stooges — Biden, Obama, and Clinton — will be at a glitzy fundraiser in the city with their elitist, out-of-touch celebrity benefactors,” Cheung added.
