DHS Under Secretary for Policy Robert Silvers has admitted to President Joe Biden’s accelerated cognitive decline in footage captured by the O’Keefe Media Group. Silvers claimed that Biden’s mental faculties began deteriorating rapidly within the first two years of his presidency.
Silvers, who works closely with the president, said Biden occasionally struggles to articulate thoughts clearly during meetings. “He’s in there, and it’s a blank,” Silvers said, adding that while Biden’s mind sometimes functions, his physical and mental decline often interfere.

On the southern border crisis, Silvers acknowledged record-high illegal crossings during Biden’s term. “The border numbers spiked, really much higher,” he said, describing the administration’s failure to control the situation.
