BIDEN AIRSTRIKE KILLS 68 – Migrant Center LEVELED in Yemen!

Biden’s military blasts migrant detention center in Yemen, killing 68 migrants while Amnesty International demands answers and accountability for potential war crimes.

Biden’s Military Strikes Another Civilian Target

While Americans struggle to afford groceries and gas at home, the Biden administration continues its foreign bombing campaign with reckless abandon. The latest disaster occurred on April 28 when US forces bombed what was clearly a migrant detention center in Saada, Yemen, killing 68 migrants – mostly innocent Africans with nowhere to hide. This attack wasn’t some isolated incident but part of a troubling pattern of strikes since March that have racked up hundreds of civilian casualties while the mainstream media remains largely silent.

Hospitals near the strike zone reported morgues overwhelmed with bodies while medical staff struggled to treat the severely injured Ethiopians and other African migrants who survived the blast. Of course, the administration that champions “human rights” and “dignity for migrants” at our own border somehow finds it acceptable to bomb detained migrants elsewhere. The hypocrisy is staggering, but hardly surprising for an administration that preaches compassion while practicing chaos.

Amnesty International Demands Accountability

Even Amnesty International – hardly a bastion of conservative thinking – couldn’t ignore this blatant disregard for international law. Their investigation included witness testimonies, satellite imagery, and video footage of the aftermath showing rescuers frantically trying to save survivors amid the rubble. Meanwhile, the Biden administration has hidden behind vague terms like “battle-damage assessment and inquiry” while offering no actual explanation for bombing a known civilian facility.

“The US attacked a well-known detention facility where the Houthis have been detaining migrants who had no means to take shelter. The major loss of civilian life in this attack raises serious concerns about whether the US complied with its obligations under international humanitarian law, including the rules on distinction and precautions” – Agnès Callamard, AI’s secretary general.

Amnesty International made it abundantly clear the United States failed to meet its obligations under international humanitarian law. Attacks failing to distinguish between civilians and military targets constitute potential war crimes. Imagine the wall-to-wall media coverage if a Republican administration had conducted such an attack. But with Biden at the helm, we get crickets from CNN and MSNBC as 68 migrants lie dead from American bombs.

The Bigger Picture: Foreign Policy Failures

Let’s not forget why we’re even involved in Yemen to begin with. The Houthis have been targeting Israeli and Israeli-linked shipping since November 2023, and our response has been to bomb them into submission – a strategy that clearly isn’t working given they’ve reportedly shot down seven U.S. Reaper drones recently. The Biden administration recently halted this ineffective military campaign with a ceasefire agreement, but not before causing untold civilian suffering.

“The US must conduct a prompt, independent and transparent investigation into this air strike.” – Agnes Callamard.

Amnesty International couldn’t even identify any legitimate military target at the strike site, but Huthi restrictions on independent investigations make it difficult to get the full picture. That’s convenient for the Biden administration, which seems content to drop bombs first and ask questions never. This is the same administration lecturing Americans about compassion while showing none for migrants caught in the crossfire of their reckless foreign policy. It’s a devastating reminder of why we need leadership that values American lives, American interests, and basic human decency above political posturing.
